I purchased an empty property in 2017 and converted it into a hotel. Initially, running the hotel was too stressful, so I decided to transform it into an autonomous hotel that operates without staff. The Postitalo has 16 rooms/apartments and is located in the best area of Varkaus.

RAHULIHOMES Furnished "Airbnb" Apartments in Jyväskylä

At the Suomipop Festival in Jyväskylä in 2022, I noticed people watching from balconies. I checked for available apartments in the building and made a purchase. Traditional rentals weren’t covering costs, so I decided to create high-quality short-term rentals. I implemented the same autonomous hotel system used at the Postitalo.
